the staff was always smiling and greeted me by name i felt very welcome. the hotel provided bottled water daily chocolates candies and fruit i found this quite thoughtful. the location provided easy access to shopping and restaurants i did not have to go far for anything. the rooftop bar had excellent drinks and snacks i enjoyed the lively atmosphere.

i did feel the reception area was quite small and a bit crowded during peak hours.
